Description commercial roof repair, 2 ac units where completely submerged in water or ice, all rafters in the area where cracked and were replaced, the chimney never had any pans or counter flashing, tuck pointing had cracks, leaks where comming into all areas of this roof. The weight from years of adding hot tar and pea gravel made this nightmare for clean up. This repair was a costly mess for me, I never worked so hard on a job as i did this roof. The amount of materials and labor cost was less than $2500.00. winter work in Indianapolis is tough I was happy to do this. I just wish we had Retrofit the entire building and installed Metal . The Building now is vacant and up for sale.
